Keptly helps users manage home maintenance tasks by processing PDF appliance manuals. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through Firebase Authentication.
• Manual Uploads: Uploaded PDF manuals are stored securely in Firebase/Firestore to generate maintenance tasks.
• Tasks and Settings: Your tasks, schedules, and preferences are stored in Firestore to provide app functionality.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the Keptly service.
• Sync your maintenance schedules across devices when you use an account.
• Send reminders and notifications you enable in the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use Firebase (Google) as a trusted third-party service provider. Data may be processed and stored in Google Cloud services to deliver the app’s functionality.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app. This permanently removes your account data and manuals from our systems. For more details, visit our Account Deletion page.

Children’s Privacy

Keptly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
